What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm. We are closed for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Day and the day after.

What is the kid to teacher ratio?
Infant Room: 8 infants with a Teacher/infant ratio of 1:4
Toddler Room: 8 toddlers with a Teacher/toddler ratio of 1:4
2 Year Old Room:16 2 year old’s with a Teacher/student ratio of 1:8
3’s & 4’s Classroom: 10 children with a Teacher/student ratio of 1:10
Pre-Kindergarten: 10 children with a Teacher/student ratio of 1:10

What is your teacher turnover rate?
We are privileged at Willow Woods to have a dedicated and passionate staff, many of whom have been teaching here for over 10 years.

Do you accept kids with food allergies or special dietary needs?
All of our meals are prepared onsite at Willow Woods. If your child has any food allergies or dietary needs of any kind, our chef will be happy to prepare an individualized meal for your child.

What is your sick policy?
Willow Woods is licensed through the State of Missouri. As such, we adhere to all state mandated policies regarding illness at our center. Children will be sent home if they have a fever registering over 99 degrees under the arm or 100 degrees orally; if they have 2 or more episodes of diarrhea; or 2 or more episodes of vomiting. Children must be free of symptoms for 24 hours before returning to the center.
