Enrollment Process

Call us for a tour of our facility any time Monday through Friday. There is a one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee of $100 to reserve your child’s spot. If a student takes more than 30 days off from care there will be a Re-Enrollment Fee of $100.00 to return to school. Upon admittance to Willow Woods, we will need a completed enrollment form, up-to-date immunization records, and a well-child exam from your pediatrician.


Infant/Toddlers (6 weeks to 24 months)

Weekly rate $300.00 

Daily rate $80.00


Two Year Old Room

Weekly rate $240.00

Daily rate $70.00

3&4s & PreK

Weekly Rate $220.00

Daily Rate $65


Tuition is due on Monday of the week of service.


A Late Fee of $10.00 will be charged Wednesday afternoon on the week of service if tuition has not been paid.


If you have more than 1 child attending Willow Woods, there is a $20 Sibling Discount for full time families, $10 Sibling Discount for part time.

Two weeks’ written notice must be given when withdrawing a child from the school or changing a child’s schedule.  If two weeks’ written notice is not given, an additional two weeks’ tuition, as well as all current tuition, must be paid in full prior to the last day of service.

All families are allowed two weeks of vacation free of tuition per school year.  Two weeks’ written notice is required for vacation days; failure to provide written notice means you are required to pay for the weeks.  Vacation Days must be used at a minimum of five days at a time.

Breakfast is not included in the tuition; breakfast is available for children arriving before 8:00 AM for a daily fee of $1.00.
